Working closely with the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO), you'll provide high-trust executive support while helping coordinate the wider DCFO leadership team. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and can bring order to complexity.
No two days will be the same. You'll manage diaries, meetings, communications, travel, papers, actions, onboarding, reporting and team administration, while helping navigate the realities of a large organisation operating across multiple teams, locations and systems.

You are:
Ideally, you'll bring significant Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager experience, excellent communication skills, strong judgement, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
