Job summary

• A minimum of NCEA Level 2 or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Experience within the health sector would be advantageous
