Job description

Corpay is currently looking to hire an experienced Office Coordinator who brings confidence, ownership and a practical approach to a varied workplace role. Joining our Administrative Support division, you will champion operational efficiency for Corpay’s International Vehicle Payments (IVP) portfolio, a global leader in cross-border fleet logistics and expense management.

This is an in-office role currently based in our Ellerslie location, which serves as our New Zealand Head Office and supports approximately 100 employees, with plans to relocate to a modern, conveniently located office in the Auckland area within the next 12–18 months. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day office experience, balancing a variety of priorities while being the trusted person who keeps things moving. If you’re highly organised, proactive and motivated by a varied role where you help keep people, priorities and operations connected, we’d love to hear from you.
