LINK Business Brokers – Christchurch, South Island
Keeping the office running, from suppliers and accounts to events and system access.
Supporting our South Island Sales Manager, including preparing the weekly sales meeting and following up on actions.
Being the go to person for our Christchurch brokers on listing and deal administration.
Taking company generated leads through to new listings, from AML verification with AMLHUB to invoicing and getting the Information Memorandum underway.
Running deals through to settlement, preparing Sale and Purchase Agreements, tracking conditional dates, generating deposit slips, and working with solicitors on deposits and commission.
You have done similar work before. You will be organised, accurate with detail, and comfortable managing a lot of moving parts without someone checking in on you. You pick things up quickly and you take the initiative when you can see something needs doing.
At least three years in an administration, sales support or transaction support role.
Experience in real estate, business broking, conveyancing, insurance or another transaction based environment would be a real advantage.
Confidence working with contracts and transaction documentation, and dealing directly with solicitors, brokers and clients.
Solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to learn a new CRM quickly. HubSpot, Zoho or Xero experience is a bonus.
Someone to start as soon as possible.
You are joining at a genuinely interesting time. We are partway through a full overhaul of our systems and processes, so you get a say in how the work gets done rather than inheriting someone else's way of doing it.
Full training in our systems and processes, plus a national Broker Support team you can lean on.
Regular support and visits from our Ellerslie head office team, so you are connected to the wider business rather than working in isolation.
A small, open plan Christchurch office where what you do is visible and makes a difference to the brokers around you.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
