Job summary
ASSA ABLOY New Zealand is seeking a Service Delivery Lead/Systems Administrator based in Auckland. You will oversee IT services, infrastructure and cybersecurity for NZ operations, partnering with business leaders and IT teams to implement regional technology strategies locally.
You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, driving reliability, security and efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT service delivery and systems administration in a multi-site setting.
- Strong knowledge of M365, AD, Intune and Azure.
- Experience with server, network and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience coordinating IT initiatives with vendors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT services delivery across New Zealand operations and drive improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to align technology priorities with operations.
- Manage and maintain servers, cloud, networks and infrastructure for reliability.
- Coordinate incident resolution and service requests across teams.
- Lead local IT projects including upgrades, deployments and security initiatives.
- Monitor service performance and implement sustainable improvements.
- Oversee security patching and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to maximise value.
