Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead / Systems Administrator to drive IT services across New Zealand from the Rosedale, Albany site in Auckland. You will partner with business leaders, manage infrastructure and cybersecurity, and lead projects to improve reliability and performance.

You will translate regional technology strategies into practical local outcomes, coordinating with regional IT teams, vendors and end users to keep technology secure and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery, systems administration or infrastructure support across multiple sites.
• Ability to coordinate IT initiatives with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Azure.
• Experience with IT service management practices including incident, problem and change management.
• Familiarity with service management platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Driving the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across New Zealand operations.
• Partnering with business leaders to align technology priorities with operational objectives.
• Managing and maintaining server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments to ensure reliability and performance.
• Coordinating the resolution of incidents, service requests and complex technical issues across multiple support teams.
• Leading local technology projects including infrastructure upgrades, system deployments and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Monitoring service performance, identifying recurring issues and implementing sustainable improvement plans.
• Overseeing security patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure risk management activities.
• Building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to maximise service quality, value and business outcomes.
