Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead / Systems Administrator to drive IT services for New Zealand operations from our Rosedale, Albany site in Auckland. You will partner with business leaders, manage infrastructure and cybersecurity, and remain hands-on across service delivery and projects.

You will lead regional IT initiatives, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, and translate strategy into practical local outcomes to keep technology reliable and secure.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT services across multiple sites and regions.
• Ability to coordinate IT initiatives with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of IT services for New Zealand operations.
• Partner with business leaders to align tech priorities with operations.
• Maintain server, cloud, network and infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Coordinate incident resolution and service requests across support teams.
• Lead local technology projects including infrastructure upgrades and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Monitor service performance and implement sustainable improvements.
• Oversee security patching, vulnerability remediation and risk management.
• Build relationships with vendors to maximise service quality and value.
