As our IT Service Delivery Lead / Systems Administrator, you'll be the key technology partner for our New Zealand operations, supporting both ASSA ABLOY New Zealand Opening Solutions and Pacific Door Systems. Based at our Rosedale, Albany site in Auckland, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services, ensure infrastructure and cybersecurity standards are maintained, and help translate regional technology strategies into practical local outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, regional IT teams, vendors and end users, you'll play an important role in keeping technology reliable, secure and aligned to business needs while contributing to projects that support growth and operational efficiency.
You're a confident technology professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on technical work. You build credibility quickly, communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and thrive in environments where priorities can shift.
