Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery, systems administration or infrastructure support within a multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate IT initiatives, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Azure environments.
  • Experience supporting server, network, cloud and end-user technologies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, patch management and vulnerability remediation.
  • Exposure to IT service management practices including incident, problem and change management.
  • Experience using service management platforms such as ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.

Lead IT delivery across New Zealand from our Rosedale, Albany (Auckland) location while influencing strategy, infrastructure and technology outcomes. About the Role

As our IT Service Delivery Lead / Systems Administrator, you'll be the key technology partner for our New Zealand operations, supporting both ASSA ABLOY New Zealand Opening Solutions and Pacific Door Systems. Based at our Rosedale, Albany site in Auckland, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services, ensure infrastructure and cybersecurity standards are maintained, and help translate regional technology strategies into practical local outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, regional IT teams, vendors and end users, you'll play an important role in keeping technology reliable, secure and aligned to business needs while contributing to projects that support growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll be responsible for
