Job summary

Archistar is seeking a Regional Sales Director – New Zealand to own government opportunities nationwide and to grow Archistar's GovTech footprint across New Zealand. This senior, autonomous role focuses on building trusted government relationships and leading enterprise software sales from first contact through procurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience.
• Strong track record selling into New Zealand councils or the public sector.
• Established relationships within the NZ local government or GovTech ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success creating pipeline and winning government customers.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
• Strong knowledge of tenders, RFPs, RFQs and public-sector procurement.
• History of achieving or exceeding significant sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory strategy across NZ local government.
• Create and develop a strong pipeline of new council and government opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with council executives, planning leaders, CIOs and procurement teams.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from engagement to contract.
• Navigate tenders, RFQs, RFPs and public-sector procurement.
• Own your pipeline, forecasting and revenue performance.
