Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in New Zealand is building a future as a standalone ice cream business. As Commercial Deployment Manager NZ, you will support the NZ unit through deployment of our new systems and ways of working across Customer Development and Go-To-Market processes.

You will coordinate readiness, adoption, deployment planning, testing, training, change and go-live activities. Translate global design into practical local adoption to enable business outcomes and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business transformation and ERP deployment within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Ability to translate global designs into practical local adoption.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the NZ business readiness across Customer Development and Go-To-Market, embedding Global Template and standards.
• Coordinate readiness activities across pricing, promotions, customer planning, TPM, reporting, order-to-cash, and sales execution.
• Validate global designs against local commercial, legal, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead master data readiness, including data quality, cleansing, validation and governance.
• Contribute to local change and adoption plans, communications, training and stakeholder networks.
• Coordinate SMEs for User Acceptance Testing, support defect triage and issue resolution.
• Prepare commercial teams for cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Act as a key liaison between global deployment and local teams across multiple functions.
• Lead cutover activities to protect revenue during go-live, including EDI and stock build.
