Job summary

Lineage is expanding its New Zealand team and seeks a commercially minded Business Development Executive to strengthen customer relationships, identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth across cold storage and logistics operations.

This role focuses on developing opportunities, supporting customers, and partnering with operational leaders to deliver tailored supply chain solutions for long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales.
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Proficient in creating proposals and pricing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of customers across New Zealand.
• Identify, pursue and secure warehousing and supply chain opportunities.
• Develop commercially competitive proposals, pricing models and solutions.
• Lead customer negotiations and support contract renewals and rate reviews.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide market insights.
