UKG in New Zealand is seeking an Account Executive to own the mid-market territory, win new customers and build trusted relationships with senior business leaders. You’ll be backed by marketing, pre-sales and leadership support, with the autonomy to shape your territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience winning new-logo business in New Zealand.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders through complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a strong pipeline through prospecting and new business development.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to understand needs and show ROI.
• Present tailored HR, payroll and workforce solutions.
• Manage opportunities from first contact to close with cross-functional support.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline records in Salesforce.
