About the Position and You:

We are seeking a registered nurse to lead the nursing team at Gain Health Centre, focusing on clinical excellence and innovative approaches in primary care. If you are ready to step up into a leadership role, or already an experienced nurse manager this is the role for you. Mentoring and support will be available for the right candidate.

This is a permanent position working 32 hours per week across 4 days from Monday-Friday.

• Lead a diverse nursing team (Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Practice Care Assistants) for safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care.
• Manage recruitment, daily operations, collaborate with centre leadership, and develop care models for improved health outcomes and medical centre efficiency.
• Balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role.

Key attributes include:

• A current New Zealand practicing certificate and current CPR certificate
• General practice nursing management experience (desirable)
• Leadership and management aspirations
• Fully Trained (current) Smear Taker
• Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
