Gain Health Centre is seeking an experienced GP to join as GP Lead, guiding clinical care and supporting a loyal patient population. You will champion equity, drive quality improvement, and work with nurses, NP, and ECP to deliver efficient, patient-centered services.

The role requires sound clinical and communication skills, leadership ability, and eligibility for Vocational Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

Gain Health Centre are looking for an experienced GP to join our supportive and friendly team as GP Lead. We are a lovely small group practice with a loyal and long-standing patient population and an experienced team. If you are interested in a leadership position , then please get in touch!

We are looking for someone who can champion equity, bring clinical excellence, has proven quality improvement experience and has great ideas for clinically effective and efficient ways of working. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical and communication skills. This role will be supported by our team of dedicated team of administration, nurses, GPs, NP and ECP. We are an innovative, professional team who supports staff to work to the top of their scope in a safe working environment.

We are looking for a GP to work:

• Between 7- 8 sessions per week
• Flexible hours- can work within school hours
• Located in Upper Hutt, Wellington

This is a permanent position with negotiable hours, 7-8 sessions per week.
