Reporting to the Clinical Team Lead, you will coordinate learning, induction and refresher training, support PDRP/APC requirements, and manage the annual professional development calendar, ensuring accurate records and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• You will be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate and approved PDRP assessor status.
• Experience in clinical education or development coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of home and community support sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical learning, induction and refresher training.
• Support PDRP/APC requirements and timely enrolment.
• Plan and maintain the annual professional development calendar.
• Facilitate training and respond to development requests.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality.
