You will support individual growth, maintain professional development records, and assist the nursing team to meet PDRP, APC and contractual requirements.

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with clinical management and internal teams to identify development needs, coordinate learning opportunities, support induction and refresher training, and contribute to the quality and consistency of clinical education. You will also help establish and maintain PDRP programmes and support timely enrolment and follow-up.

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate clinical learning, induction and refresher training.
  • Support PDRP/APC requirements and timely enrolment.
  • Plan and maintain the annual professional development calendar.
  • Facilitate training and respond to development requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality.
About you

You will be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate and approved PDRP assessor status. You’ll bring a practical understanding of the home and community support sector, strong organisation skills, and the confidence to coach, coordinate and support others.

What you’ll bring
  • Current New Zealand nursing registration and a valid APC.
  • Approved PDRP assessor status.
  • Sound knowledge of the home and community support sector.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and time-management skills.
  • Confidence using Word, spreadsheets and digital systems.
  • A valid driver’s licence and the legal right to work in New Zealand.
Why join us?

This is a great opportunity to use your clinical experience in a role focused on learning, capability and quality practice. You’ll have the chance to work collaboratively, influence professional growth, and make a meaningful contribution to a team that supports positive outcomes for people and communities.
