Qualifications

• Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, ideally within Neurovascular or related healthcare.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures and delivering technical product expertise.
• Demonstrated success managing complex hospital sales environments.
• Experience analysing data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to travel as required to meet customer requirements in assigned territory, conferences, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of territory revenue, market share, and therapy adoption objectives.
• Build and influence relationships with physicians and healthcare executives to expand neurovascular therapies.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to support use of neurovascular products and procedures.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase procedure volumes and patient access.
• Leverage data, analytics, forecasting, and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence, inventory management, and customer experience.
• Provide leadership through mentoring and coaching to enhance team performance.
