• Proven B2B sales leadership in technical or specification-led environments.
• Experience in commercial construction, building services or related sectors.
• Experience leading multi-location sales teams and creating a high-performance culture.
• Leadership across regional management, account managers and product-management teams.
• Track record delivering national sales strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with revenue, margin and growth objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a nationwide sales and product-management team.
• Establish clear expectations, development pathways and succession plans.
• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration and customer focus.
• Develop annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts and growth initiatives.
• Drive CRM and sales-process discipline, improving pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Monitor pricing, discounts and customer agreements to protect margin.
• Build senior relationships with national key accounts and partners.
• Identify new-market opportunities and diversification initiatives.
• Lead strategic-account growth and customer-experience initiatives.
