Experience selling capital equipment within the medtech industry preferred
Oversee a diverse portfolio of medical technology and capital equipment solutions.
Lead the development and execution of the New Zealand commercial strategy.
Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability through operational excellence and customer-focused innovation.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of project management, installation, and service operations, ensuring teams deliver projects and customer commitments effectively, safely, and to a high standard.
Oversee end-to-end P&L performance, including pricing, SG&A, and gross profit management.
Champion customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team across the New Zealand region.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, executive stakeholders, industry partners, and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with EHS, legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
Proven experience as a Senior Sales Leader, Business Manager, Country Manager, or General Manager, with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth.
Experience selling complex capital equipment within the medtech industry preferred
Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
Extensive experience engaging with senior executives, government authorities, and industry stakeholders to develop long-term strategic partnerships.
A strategic, commercially focused leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering customer value.
Proven success collaborating effectively within a complex matrix organisation.
