Qualifikationen

• Senior or business leadership experience within road maintenance, transport infrastructure, asset management, or infrastructure services.
• Demonstrated experience managing significant P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
• Experience developing and executing business and growth strategies.

• Provide leadership across a significant portfolio of local authority maintenance contracts.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with councils, transport agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, contract growth, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead business planning, investment decisions, and long-term capability development.
• Drive commercial performance and sustainable profitability across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Champion innovation, technology, asset management excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Represent HEB within the wider transport and infrastructure sector.
• Ensure health, safety, wellbeing, environmental performance, and customer outcomes.
