Based in Auckland, Tauranga, or Christchurch, the role oversees multiple regions with strong emphasis on safety, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and delivering outstanding client outcomes for communities across New Zealand.

Formación

• Senior or business leadership experience within road maintenance, transport infrastructure, asset management, or infrastructure services.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, geographically dispersed operational businesses.
• Strong understanding of local government, procurement, and maintenance contracting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Providing leadership across a significant portfolio of local authority maintenance contracts.
• Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with councils, transport agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities, contract growth, and strategic partnerships.
• Leading business planning, investment decisions, and long-term capability development.
• Driving commercial performance and sustainable profitability across the portfolio.
• Leading and developing high-performing teams and future leaders across multiple regions.
• Championing innovation, technology, asset management excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Representing HEB within the wider transport and infrastructure sector.
• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, wellbeing, environmental performance, and customer outcomes.
