Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facilities management, contract management or procurement experience.
• Proven ability to manage outsourced service providers and facilities contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft facilities services.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Experience leading procurement and tender processes.
• Strong analytical, financial and performance management capability.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a dispersed property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of facilities service contracts and supplier relationships.
• Monitoring contractor performance against service levels and KPIs.
• Leading contract reviews, renewals, negotiations and outcomes.
• Driving procurement activities, including RFx processes and supplier selection.
• Optimising contract performance and reducing costs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Developing contractor scorecards, performance reporting and governance frameworks.
• Managing facilities-related budgets and monitoring expenditure against targets.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business.
• Promoting innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
