Job summary

Combining technical credibility with strategic leadership, Naylor Love seeks a Group Digital Engineering Manager to drive a nationally aligned Digital Engineering function. You will shape strategy, governance, and capability while embedding digital-by-default thinking across tender, set-up, delivery and handover.

Lead the technology ecosystem, coach teams, and measure impact on quality, productivity and project certainty. Build strong client and partner relationships to deliver better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 10 years’ construction industry experience in a BIM or Digital Engineering function.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk products and Revizto.
• Familiarity with reality capture, point-cloud scanning, drones and logistics planning.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking, change management and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a nationally aligned, collaborative Digital Engineering function.
• Shape and implement the Digital Engineering strategy, roadmap, standards and governance framework.
• Embed digital-by-default approaches across the project lifecycle from tender to handover.
• Support project teams to apply the right level of digital intervention for each project.
• Oversee the Digital Engineering technology ecosystem, including Autodesk platforms and Revizto.
• Build capability through coaching, mentoring, training and knowledge sharing.
• Establish meaningful measures that demonstrate Digital Engineering impact on quality, productivity and certainty.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, technology partners and industry bodies.
