Job summary

Beca Limited is seeking an Information and Platform Management professional to support digital design ecosystems and CDE implementations across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia. You will collaborate with CAD specialists and project teams to embed information management best practices and ensure compliant digital delivery workflows.

Ideal candidates bring experience with Bentley and Autodesk BIM tools, CDEs, and ISO standards, and have a proactive, detail-oriented approach to improving digital

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT, information management, BIM or related field.
• Experience with Bentley and Autodesk BIM authoring tools.
• Familiarity with CDEs and information management principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, ISO 270001 or SOC 2 aligned environments.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation, administration, and maintenance of digital design ecosystems and workflows.
• Provide day-to-day support to project teams using Bentley ProjectWise, Infrastructure Cloud and Autodesk Forma and other CDEs.
• Support adoption of information management best practices across projects.
• Promote ISO 19650 principles and digital engineering practices.
• Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Monitor industry developments in digital engineering.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed information management.
