As the National Account Executive, you will support theNational Account Managers across Woolworths, The Warehouse, and Pharmacychannels to drive sales growth, profitability, and the successful execution ofstrategic customer plans.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsincluding Category Management, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, and CustomerService, you will be responsible for supporting account planning, promotionalexecution, trade spend management, forecasting, category analysis, and newproduct launches. This is a dynamic, relationship-focused role that offers theopportunity to build strong partnerships with key retail customers, delivercommercial insights, and contribute to the success of Henkel’s market-leadingportfolio within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
What you´ll do
- Supportthe National Account Managers in developing and executing short andlong-term account plans to achieve sales, distribution, profitability, andKPI targets.
- Coordinatepromotional planning and execution, including maintaining the IIS system,analysing promotional performance, and identifying opportunities tooptimise future activity.
- Managetrade spend administration by processing customer invoices, monitoringspends against budget and supporting the monthly accrual process.
- Prepareaccurate sales forecasts, provide supporting assumptions for demand reviewmeetings, and contribute to category reviews, new product launches, andcustomer presentations.
- Analysecategory and market performance data to generate insights andrecommendations that support customer growth and commercialdecision-making.
- Buildand maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders,retail partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless executionof customer initiatives.
- Takeownership of designated regional accounts and support the coordination ofin-store activities, customer communications, and account administration.
- Contributeto the achievement of business objectives while ensuring all activitiesare completed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, andethical standards.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimumof 3 years' sales experience within the FMCG industry.
- Previousexperience in account management and/or field sales is preferred.
- Relevanttertiary qualifications are desirable.
- Stronganalytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability topresent insights effectively.
- Excellentcommunication and relationship-building skills, with the ability toinfluence stakeholders and support commercial strategies.
- Acollaborative team player with a proactive and results-driven approach.
