Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
To lead customer negotiations, maximizing NSV and CMA of the portfolio, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual KPIs.
To develop and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in volume, LSV, NSV and CMA for each customer portfolio.
To lead and take appropriate actions to ensureefficient use of company resources such as marketing budgets, trade spend and claims
To build and maintain strong customer relationships, in addition to seeking and establishing new business.
To liaise with internal stakeholders such as marketing, demand planning, logisticsand customer service to ensure smooth delivery of plans
Deliver performance targets:Own delivery of annualNSV and CMAtargets and track key KPIs.
Drive forecasting & reporting:Provide category/SKU-level inputs to demand planning using market intelligence and customer forecasts; deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales performance reporting.
Lead customer & distributor plans:Develop and execute annualJoint Business Plans (JBP)with key customers and run tactical customer marketing programs to support customer plans.
Manage pricing & portfolio compliance:Set pricing and manage promotions; grow distribution of new products, optimize assortment, and ensure the product range complies with local regulations.
Execute operations & grow new business:Coordinate order execution with customer service/credit/pricing for timely, accurate processing; conduct market research, scout/select distributors, negotiate/contract, and onboard new partners.
What you'll bring:

Organised, analytical, good listening skills
Tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus
Negotiating and stakeholder management skills
3-5 years in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)
