Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a National Account Executive to support the Woolworths NZ business from Auckland with hybrid working. The role splits time between Vinarchy, Woolworths ISP work, and home-based tasks.

You will manage margins, forecasting, and customer planning while owning the FreshChoice account and coordinating with the Integrated Supply Planner model to ensure stock and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• FMCG experience is essential.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities are required.
• Comfort with data, forecasting, and demand-planning systems.
• Commercial curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the National Account Manager with day-to-day Woolworths NZ management.
• Build capability across margins, P&L, budgets, forecasting and customer planning.
• Own the FreshChoice account, including contacts, targets and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Woolworths ISP on ordering, stock management and reporting.
• Monitor data, identify issues and take corrective action.
