Mondelēz New Zealand is seeking an entry-level Field Sales Executive to build strong relationships with Woolworths and Fresh Choice stores in Manawatu/Whanganui/Taranaki. You will support in-store merchandising, coach store teams, and drive promotional plan execution to grow our brands across NZ.

You'll work closely with an in-house merchandising team, receive ongoing training, and benefit from a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate a passion for selling and building relationships.
• High self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Experience in FMCG/Grocery/Retail is advantageous.
• Comfort with technology platforms such as email, Microsoft Teams and Excel.
• Full driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy seasonal periods (Easter/Christmas).
• Weekly overnight travel is required.
