Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership of frontline teams.
• Strong people-management and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to coach and train team members.
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor night cleaning teams.
• Coordinate evening operations across Christchurch and Timaru sites.
• Conduct site visits, quality inspections and spot checks.
• Ensure cleaning standards and client KPIs are met.
• Act as first point of contact for evening operations.
• Organise shift coverage and respond to absences.
• Support rostering and workforce planning.
• Deliver consumables and equipment to sites as needed.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and used properly.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Respond to client requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
