Enva Financial in Christchurch is seeking an ambitious Mortgage Adviser or lending professional who wants to be rewarded for performance. You will work with warm leads every week to accelerate mortgage approvals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as Mortgage Adviser or lending professional in banking
• Level 5 Certificate in residential property lending required upon commencement; current students encouraged to apply
• NZ unconditional working rights required

About you:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or a lending professional within the banking industry
• Level 5 Certificate in residential property lending required upon commencement; current students and those yet to start are encouraged to apply
• You are a natural communicator who loves talking to clients and really helping them
• You understand that you drive your own revenue - the more clients you help, the more you get in bonuses
• You love the work you do and your work ethic reflects this

Please note that applicants who already have their Level 5 in residential property lending are preferred and will be progressed first - we want to get the ball rolling with some great achievements as soon as possible!

We will provide comprehensive training on top of the skills you should already have. What we are looking for is a motivation to achieve and a drive to get lending applications across the line.
