Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a Service & Modern Workplace Lead to shape the technology experience for our people. You will own service outcomes, govern supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement across end-user compute, devices and workplace apps.

Reporting to the Head of Services & End User Compute, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and MSP partners to deliver a seamless employee experience while guiding service maturity and incident response across the modern

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT service management or digital workplace roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own service outcomes and drive continuous improvement across workplace services.
• Govern supplier governance and MSP performance.
• Oversee incident, problem and major incident management in the MSP-delivered service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the employee technology experience.
