Job summary

T&G Global Limited is seeking a Head of Digital Workplace to lead the end-to-end digital workplace experience across our global business. This role influences tools, collaboration, devices, support and the responsible adoption of GenAI technologies.

You will shape the digital workplace strategy, oversee Service Desk, IT Service Management, Microsoft 365, end-user devices and governance of GenAI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in digital workplace, end-user services or IT operations.
• Strong experience with ITSM and Microsoft 365.
• Proven track record delivering modern, secure, user-centric digital work environments.

Responsibilities

• Define T&G's digital workplace strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Service Desk and Field Support, delivering high-quality user support.
• Own IT Service Management across incident, problem, change, request and asset management.
• Lead Microsoft 365, Teams, email and collaboration environment.
• Oversee end-user device lifecycle and technology strategy.
• Govern GenAI adoption including Microsoft Copilot.
• Improve onboarding and adoption of new technology and ways of working.
• Use metrics and feedback to continuously improve the digital workplace.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Data and other tech leaders.
• Manage relationships with strategic workplace technology vendors and providers.
• Develop the digital workplace team's capabilities and service culture.
