MODERN WORKPLACE ENGINEER

About the Role

You’re organized, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong technical capability, clear communication, and enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems and improve systems.

You’ll shine if you have

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
• Experience administering workplace or collaboration platforms (e.g. Egnyte or similar systems)
• Knowledge of identity, endpoint and device management tools (e.g. Entra ID, Intune, Jamf)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, including handling escalations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across global teams
• An understanding of governance, security and compliance practices

Experience

• 3–4+ years in IT support, system administration or Modern Workplace environments
• Experience working in structured service environments and collaborating with service desk teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft certifications) are a bonus
