Job summary

T&G Global Limited is seeking a Head of Digital Workplace to lead the end-to-end digital workplace experience across the business. You’ll shape the tools, devices, and support that enable people to work efficiently and securely, including Microsoft 365, Teams, email, and collaboration platforms.

You’ll manage Service Desk, Field Support, and ITSM practices while guiding GenAI adoption with Microsoft Copilot, ensuring practical, responsible use and a modern user experience across global offices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital workplace or end-user services with strong ITSM knowledge.
• Strong leadership across Service Desk and end-user support.
• Ability to balance operational excellence with transformation.
• Experience driving adoption of GenAI in workplace tools.
• Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable end-user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define digital workplace strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Service Desk and Field Support with a customer-focused approach.
• Own IT Service Management across incident, problem, change, request and asset management.
• Lead Microsoft 365, Teams, email and collaboration environment.
• Shape end-user devices lifecycle and technology governance.
• Drive GenAI adoption with Copilot in a responsible manner.
• Improve onboarding and adoption of new technology and ways of working.
• Use service data and feedback to continuously improve the digital workplace.
• Partner with Cyber Security and Infrastructure to ensure secure services.
• Lead workplace technology vendors and service providers.
• Build a strong customer service culture in the digital workplace team.
