Qualifications

• National Diploma in Mineral Processing or related field.
• 2+ years experience in a mineral processing plant environment.
• Basic understanding of mineral processing principles and equipment.
• Proficiency in basic laboratory analytical techniques.
• Ability to work shifts and in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushers, mills, screens, and flotation cells.
• Perform routine sampling and laboratory analyses to monitor process performance.
• Assist calibration and maintenance of processing equipment and instrumentation.
• Record and report process data accurately and identify deviations from set parameters.
• Adhere to safety and environmental procedures and protocols.
• Support Metallurgist and Senior Operators in troubleshooting and improvements.
