Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and environmental procedures and protocols.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and technically proficient Mineral Processing Technician to join their operational team in Queenstown . This role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the mineral processing plant, focusing on operating and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient extraction and recovery of valuable minerals. You will work closely with metallurgists and plant operators to monitor process parameters, conduct routine tests, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the efficient functioning of a busy processing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various mineral processing equipment, including crushers, mills, screens, and flotation cells.
• Perform routine sampling and laboratory analyses to monitor process performance and quality.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of processing equipment and instrumentation.
