Job summary

Snowy River Gold Mine in Reefton on the West Coast is seeking a Processing Supervisor to lead shift operations and support commissioning during a pivotal growth phase. You will manage the processing plant's safe, efficient operation and work with maintenance, metallurgy and technical teams to meet production targets.

You are a practical processing professional with supervisory experience, strong safety leadership and excellent communication.

Select Recruitment is proud to recruit a Processing Supervisor for the growing Snowy River Gold Mine near Reefton on the West Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing gold operation during a pivotal growth phase. With production targeted within the next 6 months, the Processing Supervisor will play a key role in leading shift operations, supporting commissioning activities, and helping establish a safe, high-performing processing team.

Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, this position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining strong safety, environmental and operational standards.

Highly Regarded

• Gold processing experience.
• Experience with gravity recovery, intensive leach and flotation circuits.
• SCADA or process control systems experience.
• Commissioning or start-up plant experience.
• Forklift, loader or telehandler competencies.
• Frontline leadership qualifications.
• Current First Aid Certificate and Driver Licence
