Job summary

Endura Mining is building a foundational team as it scales its New Zealand operations. You will lead the mine operations team, ensuring safe operation of trucks and other mobile equipment while supporting the tunnelling and mining schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, integrity, and accountability. Applicants should have experience operating trucks in mining or tunnelling environments, a full manual driver’s licence, and licences (Class 2/4) or willingness to acquire, plus a First Aid

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile heavy equipment including haul trucks or other mobile machinery.
• First Aid certificate is required.
• 1+ years’ experience in driving heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of trucks and mobile equipment per site procedures.
• Support safe and timely delivery of mine and tunnelling schedule.
• Complete paperwork and documentation per site policies.
• Communicate via radio per procedures.
• Lead the mine operations team by example.
• Participate in safety and environmental verification activities.
