Job summary

Ideal candidates have strong onsite welding experience, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and high workmanship. Immediate start available with stable hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant scaffolding or fabrication experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of aluminium joinery and associated fabrication techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings, job sheets and cutting lists accurately
• Commitment to safety, productivity and high-quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport preferred but not compulsory

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements
• Cut, shape, and weld aluminium structures to specifications
• Fabricate, assemble and install metal components on site
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy; ensure tight tolerances
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on site; operate tools and machinery responsibly
• Work long hours when required and coordinate with the team
