Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a Merchandise Administrator to join a fast-paced team. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about merchandise, providing efficient administration to support buying and promotions.

In this role you will communicate with suppliers, coordinate marketing activity, create and track orders, and help set up administrative procedures for the department, working closely with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Passion for merchandise and ability to support buying
• Proven administration skills and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers effectively and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate marketing activity and promotions.
• Create, maintain and track orders.
• Set up and execute administrative procedures for the department.
• Work closely with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager as they build product ranges, sourcing, promotional plans and business execution.
