Job summary

Life Plus in Auckland seeks a Mental Health Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a client in the community. This casual but ongoing role offers mileage reimbursement and opportunities to pick up additional shifts with other clients.

You will support wellbeing, assist with community engagement and personal goals, and build trusting, professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mental Health - Level 4 Health & Wellbeing Certificate (Mental Health & Addiction) or equivalent.
• Full New Zealand Driver License.
• Experience supporting people with mental health conditions.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and build trust with clients.

This is a casual but ongoing opportunity, with the potential to pick up additional shifts supporting other clients when not rostered with this individual.

What we're looking for:
