Jetts New Zealand is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to join our Albany Head Office team in Auckland. This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:30pm and Friday & Saturday 8:00am–4:30pm.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and social media, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to debt collection and membership retention KPIs with a positive, proactive approach.

Qualifications
