Jetts New Zealand is seeking a part-time Customer Service Consultant at our Albany Head Office. This permanent role offers 30 hours per week, with shifts flexibly across Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:30pm and Friday & Saturday 8:00am–4:30pm, designed to suit the ideal candidate.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, drive an exceptional member experience, support debt collection, and contribute to membership retention in a welcoming team environment.
