Job summary

Mitre 10 is opening a new MEGA store in Bay of Plenty, Tauranga, and is hiring Drive Thru Team Members (full-time/part-time) to support trade and DIY customers. Roles cover 20–40 hours per week across 3–5 days, including one weekend day.

You will provide friendly service, accurate order loading, and safe handling while collaborating with Trade and Inwards Goods to meet customer needs in a busy Drive Thru environment.

As we prepare for this exciting new chapter, weare now recruiting for 3Drive Thru Team Members to join our team and helpus deliver a great experience for trade and DIY customers in our new store.These are a mix of full-time/part-time roles, working betweenfull-time andpart-time positions, working between20-40 hours per week across 3 to 5 days, including one weekend day.

Aboutthe Role

In this role, you’ll provide friendly service andsafe, efficient load-out for trade and DIY customers in the Drive Thru. You’llhelp keep the yard running smoothly by picking and loading orders accurately,maintaining presentation and location accuracy, following safe handlingpractices, and working closely with Trade and Inwards Goods to meet customerneeds.

WhatYou’ll Be Doing

• Pick,stage, and load customer orders accurately, confirming products againstpaperwork
• Applysafe handling and load-securement standards, including spotter methods andtraffic plan requirements
• Maintainyard presentation, including location accuracy, clear bays, correct ticketing,and support for promotional set-ups
• Coordinatewith Trade and Inwards Goods on priority orders and time-sensitive deliveries
• Supportbasic product queries and connect customers with the right team members whenspecialist help is needed
