Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA in the Wainuiomata store is seeking two part-time Team Members for the Drive Thru roster on Friday and Saturday. You will deliver exceptional customer service, provide technical product information, and help keep the store safe, clean and organized.

Successful applicants will be physically capable of unloading and moving items, have a valid NZ Driver Licence, and bring a willingness to learn about products. Forklift endorsements are a bonus and IT literacy is beneficial.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate tojoin our Wainuiomata Store.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Providing technical product information tocustomers
• Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment

The successful applicant will be highly organised and ableto work at a fast pace.

In addition, we are ideallyseeking:

• Goodphysical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.
• Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement
• Valid Full New Zealand Driver Licence essential
• (F) Forklift endorsements preferred but not essential
• Current OSCH Forklift Certificate, or willingness to obtain
• Knowledgeor interest to learn about all the products.
• Knowledgeof relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, andact in accordance with them.
• Understandingof health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retailand how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with ourcustomers.
• ITcompetency.

We are looking for x2 Part Time Team Member's in our Drive Thru team rostered Friday & Saturday.

Position 1 - Friday 7.30 – 4pm and Saturday 8.00am - 5pm

Position 2 - Friday 9.30- 6pm and Saturday 8.00am - 5pm
