Job summary

Windcave Limited is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design and develop payment terminals and embedded electronic products used by merchants worldwide. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited University.
• 5+ years of experience in an R&D environment.
• Proven experience designing consumer electronic products or other electronic hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own design duties from concept through to manufacture for electronic products.
• Develop mechanical components and assemblies for complex electronics.
• Audit designs for reliability and security per PCI PTS standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Quality Assurance to maximize product performance.
• Report to Mechanical Engineering Manager and work with Hardware, Software, Test and Manufacturing teams.
