Job summary

Invenco by GVR is seeking an Electronics Engineer to develop robust embedded hardware designs and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. You will collaborate with the Hardware Engineering Team and Engineering Manager - Electronics to deliver quality solutions on time, applying DFM/DFT/DFS principles and test-driven development.

The role emphasizes strong problem solving, documentation, and ability to work across environments, including travel and occasional U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
• Understanding of electrical design and manufacturing
• Understanding of modern production and assembly techniques
• Able to read and interpret technical documentation
• Willingness to learn new skills in technology space (agile)
• Problem solving and analysis
• Experience with embedded electronics design (digital/analogue/power)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to travel with no restrictions
• Flexibility to work some U.S. business hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Technical, Functional and Operational Product Requirements
• Produce concepts and detailed designs meeting standards and testing
• Apply best practices for Design for Manufacture/Test/Service
• Ensure compliance testing and regulatory standards (RoHS)
• Drive Lean/Agile Engineering Development
• Support validation and test plans, capture data and reports
• Promote cross-skill development and continuous improvement
