Job summary

MECCA Ponsonby in Auckland is seeking a passionate Zone Manager to lead our NZ store on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will partner with the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.

You bring proven leadership of large retail teams, a flair for customer service, and the ability to coach and motivate staff to meet KPIs. This role requires availability for late evenings and weekends and offers a pathway to MECCA- level growth.

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
• If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trial period
