MECCA Dunedin in New Zealand is seeking a Zone Manager to lead our flagship Dunedin store, with both part-time and full-time roles available on 22 to 38 hours per week.

You will support the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive results through strong communication, and coach your team to meet KPIs while upholding MECCA's values. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
• Passion for exceptional customer service, creating MECCA-magic moments.
• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
