Job summary

MECCA Queenstown is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the store team, ensuring stock is efficiently handled and the store always looks its best.

You will drive monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups, oversee stocktakes, and mentor staff to meet KPIs while upholding MECCA values. A 90-day trail applies for new hires.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful.
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.

• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback.

What success looks like

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
• A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period.
